I'm Edwina and I've worked as a massage therapist since 2004, firstly in a treatment room at home and then as a Senior Therapist at Relief Chriopractic Clinic for over six years. More recently I started working at The Hay Barn in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. The Hay Barn is such a lovely venue situation close to Therfield, Buntingford and Royston, with ample free parking and a lovely coffee shop too.

I am passionate about treating patients in a holistic and professional manner, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to the patient’s individual needs. I have a very keen interest in shoulder problems and over the years have successfully helped people to regain movement and reduce chronic pain.
During my school years I was a keen runner and ran for school at County level, however I gave up running in my 20’s and followed another one of my sporting passions: cycling. I am a keen mountain biker and road cyclist and have in recent years I cycled from London to Nice via Paris, Geneva and the down through the French alps. Although I no longer compete in sport and it is purely for leisure, I am fully aware of the effects that sport has on the body and how much massage can help with recovery, performance and maintenance. I am passionate about treating patients in a holistic and professional manner, ensuring that each treatment is always tailored to the patient’s individual needs.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, my three spaniel dogs and walking or cycling in the countryside.
I am a full gold member of the Sports Massage Association.
